Black History Month Celebration – 2/22 at 2nd & PCH

This market will be a special Black History Month Celebration, honoring and highlighting Black-owned businesses, artists, and creatives while also featuring our regularly curated makers and small businesses. All vendors are welcome to apply. If you are a Black-owned business, we encourage you to note this in your application and also reach out to us directly, as we have a limited number of reserved and sponsored booth spaces specifically for Black-owned vendors. These spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, curated basis.

GENERAL VENDOR FAQs + GUIDELINES

• No Canopies Allowed — Only patio umbrellas are permitted. Please refer to your Vendor Booth Guidelines (provided upon approval) for detailed size and color requirements.

• Food Vendors — A Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Permit from the City of Long Beach is required for all prepackaged food vendors.

• No On-Site Food Preparation — All food must be fully prepackaged and compliant with local health department regulations.

• No Refunds / No Credits / No Date Transfers — Please do not ask. There are no exceptions. If you cannot attend, you forfeit your booth fee and space.

• No Transferring Booth Spaces — Booth spaces may not be transferred to other vendors under any circumstances.

• Load-In Information — A detailed load-in email with your assigned time will be sent the week of the event.

Please do not email asking about load-in times — we haven’t forgotten you!
Load-in typically begins 1.5 hours before the event, but each venue may vary.
Wait for your official load-in email for your assigned time.

• Placement Requests — We do not take placement requests. Spaces are assigned to maintain balance and flow throughout the market.

• Application Status — You will be notified via email if your application has been approved.

Approval emails are typically sent 4–6 weeks before each event (sometimes sooner).
If you do not hear back by 3–4 weeks before the event, your application was not selected.

If you are approved, you will receive an acceptance email along with a Vendor/Booth Guidelines packet outlining everything you need to know.
